Keith Rosenbloom
Keith Rosenbloom is a co-founder of Cruiser Capital Advisors, LLC, which serves as the discretionary investment advisor for pooled investment vehicles (the "Cruiser Portfolios"). Since its start, he has overseen the Cruiser Portfolios. Mr. Rosenbloom has assisted the Boards of Directors of several public businesses in sourcing and recruiting highly qualified members to their Board rooms during the last several years, enhancing shareholder value at those companies. Mr. Rosenbloom has over 30 years of investing experience, with a focus on public and private unique circumstances using traditional value-oriented private equity strategies. Mr. Rosenbloom co-founded and managed the CARE Capital Group, an investment organization focused on hedge funds and alternative investment options, where he served as Portfolio Manager of the CARE Fund and CARE Market Neutral Fund. Prior to joining CARE Capital, Mr. Rosenbloom co-managed Comvest Venture Partners, a private equity and bridge loan firm, and worked for Commonwealth Associates as Director of Merchant Banking. Mr. Rosenbloom also serves on a number of nonprofit boards, including the Board of Governors of Hillel International and Hatzalah (Israel's private EMT service). Mr. Rosenbloom consults with two family offices regarding their alternative investment portfolios. Keith earned a bachelor's degree from Yale University. Mr. Rosenbloom has a broad range of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as public market and private equity investing.
